  1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, if indicated on your booking form. The deposit needs to be received by us by the date stated. We provisionally reserve the date of your booking but it is only confirmed when the deposit is received. If we do not receive the deposit by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  2. The remainder of the balance is to be paid no later than 48 hours before the start time of the booking or the date and time stated on the booking form if this is specified.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure there is adequate provision of two 13A electrical sockets within ten metres of our set-up point and one large rectangular table on which to set up our equipment. We also require enough space in which to operate safely and will not set up in any locations which would contravene fire or health and safety regulations of the venue.
  4. Any access issues, such as stairs or parking, needs to be communicated at the time of booking. If our set-up point is up or down one or more flights of stairs, or a considerable distance from where we can legally park, we request that you organise additional individuals to assist us with transporting the equipment to our set up point at the start of the event, and to our vehicle at the end of the event. Alternatively, we can arrange extra staff at an additional cost.
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to the venue from the time indicated on your booking form. If we are delayed in gaining entry to the venue we will endeavour to set up as quickly as we can in the time frame available, but you acknowledge we may not be able to start on time. If we cannot gain access to the venue at all, for any reason, your booking will be cancelled accordance with term 13.
  6. If the venue implements noise limiters, it is your responsibility to inform us of this at the time of booking or as soon as you become aware. If you fail to do so, any damage caused to our equipment by the noise limiter(s) cutting off and reintroducing the power supply will be your responsibility. We reserve the right bypass the limiters if possible, or cease performance if the limiters are set at an unreasonable working level.
  7. You must ensure that adequate supervision of all people in attendance, including those under 18, is in place. You will be liable for any damage to our equipment or personal belongings caused by any people in attendance at the event. You will be responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing such items should any damage occur.
  8. If you wish to provide us with a playlist of songs, we will endeavor to play these, but cannot guarantee that we have all the tracks. If you wish to provide us with music to play this must be in the form of original CDs. We cannot play any digital music, even if you have obtained it legally.
  9. For children’s parties, our Children’s Party Package is for up to 20 children. Any additional children will be charged at the agreed rate as stated on your booking form. We may provide prizes, subject to availability, if stated on your booking form.
  10. We have the right to perform in a safe, non-abusive environment. If we feel we are being mistreated or abused, verbally or physically, we will bring it to your attention immediately and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the individual or individuals involved are dealt with in an appropriate manner, including but not limited to, removing them from the venue. Failure to do this to our satisfaction will result in the immediate termination of our services, without refund of any money already paid.
  11. If we believe you or a person in attendance is under the influence of alcohol to such an extent that you/they may cause damage to our equipment, we reserve the right to refuse to let you/the guest use our equipment. Shouting into microphones will result in removal of the microphone and refusal for yourself/the individual to use the microphone again.
  12. Our equipment is only to be used by us, except for karaoke singers and individuals making announcements or speeches, providing we give them permission. No other entertainers may use our equipment unless formally requested in writing by you and accepted by us before the event start time. In addition, you or any people in attendance may not come behind our performance area or touch any of our equipment, excluding microphones for the purposes already stated.
  13. 13. If you need to cancel your booking, you acknowledge your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 48 hours before the start time of the booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking start time, or if we terminate a performance due to one of these terms being broken, the full balance is payable and no refunds will be provided.
  14. If we cannot start or continue a performance due to a failure or fault with our equipment, our liability to you will be the maximum amount of money already paid to us at that time. This does not include failure caused by damage as detailed in term 7. In this case, our liability to you will be zero and no refunds will be provided.
  15. If you wish to change the date of your booking, this is to be requested in writing no later than 14 days before the original event start date. The new date may not be more than 90 days before or after the original date. Depending on our availability on the new date, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
